- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on or work! We put our all into our home cleanings and try to get in every corner and under every crack to assure you the cleanest home! We are positive you WILL be satisfied with your cleaning, that we offer a discount on reoccurring cleanings. 10% monthly, 15% biweekly and 20% weekly.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with landlords and Airbnb hosts. We also provide a great discount for landlords and Airbnb hosts who need 2+ cleanings a week. We worked with home owners and renters. We’ve serviced the young, the old, the neat freaks and the hoarders. We work with you on your project and try to accommodate and make sure both parties are satisfied at the end of the service!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The more detailed the better. Also be honest. We will eventually see your home when we get there and it’s best to prepare your cleaners for any extra messes, feces, and/or clutter.
