I had an area rug in desperate need of cleaning or else I would have had to throw it away. I recently lost my senior dog who was incontinent for the last year of her life so the rug was in bad shape despite my best efforts. Eric from King Carpet was right on time, and very professional. He explained everything he did and I was nervous that he might upcharge me because of the state of the rug but the price he quoted me on thumb tack was the price I paid. It was a much better value than buying a new rug and throwing the old one into a landfill. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

After a recent hurricane, the roof leaked water and caused the ceiling tiles to fall at one of our commercial properties. I made a call to request an emergency carpet cleaning from King Carpet Cleaning Services. They arrived the next day, cleaned and sanitized the area. When I walked into the building two hours later, the room smelled clean and fresh. When I walked to the area where the water damage was, there no evidence that there was ever any water damage to the carpet. The staff was professional, friendly, considerate and extremely knowledgeable. Due to the King Carpet Cleaning Services' staff knowledge of the use of the carpet cleaning products, carpet cleaning techniques and technology experience, I was able to continue the commercial use of that property that same day. I highly recommend King Carpet Cleaning Services.
