I had an area rug in desperate need of cleaning or else I would have had to throw it away. I recently lost my senior dog who was incontinent for the last year of her life so the rug was in bad shape despite my best efforts. Eric from King Carpet was right on time, and very professional. He explained everything he did and I was nervous that he might upcharge me because of the state of the rug but the price he quoted me on thumb tack was the price I paid. It was a much better value than buying a new rug and throwing the old one into a landfill. I will definitely use this company again in the future.
