I am building property management. The owner came in right away found the issue and gave me a price I could not say no too! Replaced our buildings unit! All of our tenants are happy & warm! Also kept the job really clean and neat! Couldn’t thank Euro enough and its owner!

He came out to look at the plumbing scope and on-site said it should be around $2,000-$3000 and then sent me a proposal for $7,400 (other pricing I received for the same scope was $3,500). I was also not impressed with his suggestions, and felt he was winging it a bit on plumbing knowledge. If you need permitted plumbing work, I'd look elsewhere and save the $120 estimate fee. Also, he was a bit pushy on selling me a ton of other work on my house that I did not ask for. On a positive note, he came out to visit quickly and was willing to start the work promptly.
