- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a 2 hour minimum regarding our pricing. If our team is able to finish the job within 30 mins, our 2 hour minimum pricing still stands.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began in the moving business by working for a local moving company. Within a few months I was promoted to supervisor. The business I had been working for closed after 3-4 years due to franchising fee being unreasonable for owners. With a team of 10 men and no work at the time, I began marketing our services and was able to start a labor service to keep my coworkers and myself afloat. Close to 5 years later we are still being booked through referrals from previous customers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Every type you can imagine. From millionaires in Fairfield County to project buildings in NYC. What does not change is our standards and professionalism.
