- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are comparable, reasonable, & customized packages can be created for nearly any budget. Balloon decor pricing is custom to each event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to get as many details as possible from the client. I often ask to see the invitation (If I did not create it. - Yes! I create digital invitations.) to ensure that my services capture the event and is cohesive with the theme and/or other vendors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years professional work training & experience as an event planner.
