- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our prices not only on the average pricing for the metropolitan area, but we constantly assess material costs to make sure that we are providing our customers with the most competitive rates in the industry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since most of our projects are customized to our client's homes, after making first contact, we visit the job site to measure and take pictures for precise pricing. After the site visit, we provide and price via email within 1-4 days so that our potential client can make their decisions as quickly as they choose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with PMI, which is the Project Management Institute. As well, I hold a Master's Degree of Business Administration. I have over 20 years experience in the construction and engineering industry.
