- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing for service is at a minimum the client will pay for groceries then $25-50/hr for my service ( depending on the party size)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for a new customer is as follows: Events: I will begin by asking them what is their perfect vision for the event. This will help in determining where they want to go when picking the multiple options for food. I will then ask if there are and food restrictions or allergies that I should be aware of. Finally, I will present food options and then the quote. This will be given within 24 hrs. Cake/ Dessert A la carte services: We will discuss dessert options and the theme. From there I will provide the quote within 24 hrs.
