Martha and I want to express our deep gratitude for your
part in making the celebration of our 65th wedding anniversary such a beautiful event.
The meal you cooked for us and our 18 guests was outstanding! The chicken cacciatore, green beans with Thai basil and tomatoes, lemon roasted new potatoes were much enjoyed by all. Several of our guests have asked us to forward their compliments to you.
We were surprised that you were able to prepare such a wonderful meal here in our home with a minimum of fuss and disruption to other activities going on. Even more amazing, you did all this in a small home kitche that you had never seen before, using our own amateur equipment! And, you were so calm and professional! Furthermore, you even cleaned up after the meal!

I hired Chef Negri to cook for a surprise birthday party I was throwing for my husband. It had been a long while since we had celebrated his birthday so I wanted it to be extra special. The only problem was that all the things I'm good at cooking, he was probably sick of! Neil discussed with me the options and suggested Thai food. To be honest Thai wasn't ever my favorite but I knew that it would be different for my husband as well so I decided to go with it. We spoke in detail about his carefully selected ingredients that were all fresh, local and conscientious. I never knew so much legwork was involved in shopping for ingredients. When he started cooking, it was all about detail and organization. He was meticulous, skilled and precise. The dinner was well presented and unbelievably delicious. It was completely different from all of the terrible Thai restaurants I ate from in the past. My husband was thrilled and really enjoyed the dinner and he took the leftovers to work the next day. It was an amazing experience to have a professional chef who not only prepares delectable meals but cleans up after himself as if it never even happened. I very seldom write reviews or testimonials but this had to be shared. We're doing this again, thanks Neil.
