Marc went above and beyond for us! He is extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. He took the time to explain to us how our new computer worked. He not only set up our new computer, transferred data from our old computer but also added new features that were very helpful. I have already recommended him to many friends. Marc arrived at exactly the time that we agreed upon. He was very professional, yet friendly. He went right to work. He works really fast. He explained what he was doing as he proceeded. He has a wealth of knowledge about computers as well as the field of technology. He gave me information on short cuts to using my computer. He explained to me about printers and the pros and cons of the various brands. He told me to call him if I had any follow up questions. As a senior, and someone who is not tech Savvy, I truly appreciated his patience.
