I recommend Connie highly for personal training and yoga instruction.Jan 9, 2017Verified
I came to Connie seeking to improve my flexibility and range of motion in an effort to avoid pain and injuries in sports that I play. She was not only very helpful from a training standpoint, but her knowledge and suggestions were also very helpful. She also introduced me to yoga, something I've never really considered doing, and I feel it has done a lot for my body. I've had shoulders issues for awhile now, and I've felt significantly less pain in my shoulder while playing sports after training with Connie.Oct 22, 2014Verified
Connie has been so encouraging from the beginning and continues to be. I am pregnant and she helped me know what was the safest way to lift weights and do other exercises. She kept an eye on my form with every exercise. She had some delicious water available throughout the class, shared her equipment and had fun music playing. She has made herself available for questions and is quick to respond. She is professional and a true joy to learn from and to know.May 20, 2014Verified
Connie has been a great trainer. It is fun to train with her and most of all effective. She focuses on form first. She helps you get the form right over anything, which is extremely important. She guides you through every step and is very helpful and motivating. She is always playing some music, which gets you pumped up. I train with Connie three times a week and I recommend her tremendously. She is knowledgeable about your body and nutrition and helps me a lot, shape my body the way I want to. I am glad that I met her. JeremyApr 8, 2014Verified

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I always do the annual DCAC convention, the Les Mils Quarterlies which are held all around the world with the 100,000 Les Mills instructors who are invited to attend to get the latest news in the industry and have fun working out on all six platforms. I also get the most recent global health information every three months through LMI's DVD's which also include new music and choreography.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I've been an athlete all my life and have had great athletic mentors along the way.
