- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have pricing to fit every budget. We pride ourselves on focusing on the vision and not the budget because there are creative ways to get the same look. Let us help you execute your vision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome each new client with a client survey in order to get an understanding of their vision. An initial proposal is then given and tweaked to meet their needs. Much of our communication is done digitally or via phone and in-person meetings are icing on the cake.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for over a decade and taken numerous professional courses focusing on event management and modern floral design. We also facilitate one-to-one floral courses to help clients design their own arrangements.
