Cesar was brillaint! He went above and beyond helping to assemble furniture but also helped in moving the furniture around. He came on time and offered same day service for a very good price. I am very happy with the work he helped me with and he went ahead to give some quick tips on how to maintain the furniture. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone. I appreciate all the help Cesar gave, he truly is amazing! You should hire him for an exceptional experience.
The whole experience was wonderful! We had a fast needed move with very heavy furniture. They, also, disassembled and reassembled. VERY fast and accommodating to us. Thank You Thank You, Charlie's moving And hauling. Very much recommend.

We were in search of carpet cleaning post a sheriff involved eviction and opted to go with the company that was most responsive. Luckily Briggs was the company that met that requirement. Initially our concern was that the prior left our carpets beyond repair. Tenants broke the lease agreement by have multiple pets, dogs and cats! Additionally the tenants had 4 children under the age of 8. In summary, we felt our carpets were ruined. HOWEVER, Briggs performed what we considered to be a miracle. 95% of the stains were able to be removed and the 5% that was not was still pretty much acceptable. Additionally, the Briggs team revived our cherry hardwood floors. The tenants opted not to place their furniture on rugs or coasters therefore there were a lot of sticky substances and scratches on the floor. We did not get a miracle after cleaning because scratches are scratches but the cleaning resulted in bringing back the luster and shine of the original floor. Awesome job. In summary, Briggs not only met but exceeded our expectations and based on their responsiveness and professionalism they will always be the first call we make for our flooring needs.
I hired Rob to help me with various tasks around my new apartment, from installing a TV mount and mounting the TV to putting together some furniture, and some other tasks. He was excellent, thorough, and efficient. He went out of his way to help me with some small problems that I was having, such as a back flow faucet and some fluorescent light mounts in the kitchen. We strategized on several additional future tasks as I definitely plan to hire him again. I was very pleased with his competence and his expertise. I recommend him highly. I have also just recommended him to a friend.
I asked Michael to clean an old, extremely dirty wall-to-wall carpet and a sofa in a small apartment. He and his assistant came right on time, communicated with me extremely well beforehand, and worked around the furniture and other inconveniences in the apartment. The result was excellent -- they got out a ton of pet hair and other gunk and the carpet looked and smelled great.They were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them.

It was great! The pet stains/smells are gone- this pregnant girl is so happy and feels better about putting her future newborn on the floor! Matthew showed up right on time- a little early as he beat me there, and got right to work. He was able to work around some furniture we couldn't remove from the room and it didn't take as long as I would have expected it to! Great work, will definitely use this company again in the future if we need to. Reasonably priced as well!
It went very well. Jonathan was able to provide us with guidance on fixing our problem with a furniture we had order without charging us but we loved his work ethic so much that we hired him to do our blind installations and he does such a good job. Hopefully more jobs to come down the road.
Had to have 4 ottoman legs remade. The originals were lost in a move. Service and quality of work and pricing were all outstanding. Great selection of furniture in his Kensington Md show room.
Rosie Reds did a great job on my home! The two-person crew, who were both pleasant, cleaned the bathroom, which was spotless by the time they were done with it, and the guest bedroom, including the carpet, which is now in much better shape thanks to them. And they it all in less than 2 hours! Furthermore, the correspondence leading up to the day of the job (and even after) was top-notch. Brian was VERY responsive to every message. He was also thorough and thoughtful with each response. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the crew showed up about 10 minutes late and the walls and baseboards weren't wiped down, which I thought would be included with a room cleaning, especially since we had removed all furniture, etc. But I'd definitely hire this company again, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and a clean home! Just be sure to outline all of the work that you're expecting to be done in detail so you're all on the same page and Brian can give you the most accurate price.
I hired Carlos and team after I had a pipe break in the basement wall, leading my wall-to-wall carpet to get soaked with water. I was impressed with Carlos' responsiveness and professionalism throughout the entire process from beginning to end. It worked also quite well in the trilateral interactions between Carlos, my home insurance officer, and me. After they were all done (in fact, even while they were doing the last stages of work) I did notice an unpleasant odour that was never there before the water damage. I contacted Carlos about it, and he gave me a list of recommendations what I should try and do. I was not excited about the bad odour, making it hard for me to spend more than a few mins downstairs, leave alone using the space for guests staying over as I used to in the past. But I did appreciate that Carlos continued to try to advice me on it. Eventually, ever so slowly, the odour reduced by much (though never completely disappeared, and I still don't feel comfortable having people sleep there. But it's improvement, thanks to Carlos advice on steps to take. Carlos was also really responsive when I brought up another (more minor because easily fixable) issue of a wardrobe which came aparat in the back. Both his team and subsequently wall painters had moved furniture around. Unlike the painter, Carlos even volunteered to come and take a look at it and if it's easy to do, to fix it. I appreciated this gesture (I ultimately didn't ask him to come, as I plan to deal with it via a handyman who can come on weekends, while Carlos only works weekdays). Overall, very good experience with Carlos and his crew!
This Pro is very professional and showed up earlier than he originally told me. Which was great. He would have got a five, but a few things had my wife and I feeling that the service was not a 5 star. He does not move any furniture out of the way. So be ready and have your furniture out of the way ahead of time. Other offers I got the cleaners said they would move furniture to clean the entire room. Due to timing of this project and the fact that he was already at my house we let him do the work anyway. Otherwise I would have cancelled. Besides that the areas he cleaned looks great. Carpets are taking a lot longer to dry than what was estimated. Basement level is still very wet. Was expecting the carpet to be much dryer since he uses a truck vacuum. We Hired him and paid extra compared to other pros based on the truck. But don’t see the extra value in it. Beside that he did a great job. I also could have asked more questions before time.
I had one chaise lounger, I wanted another matching one to use in my creation of reading room/living room combo. I found one at second hand store that was was one foot longer, wider and taller. I was nervous that would ever match. I was so pleased (and my family, too) when we received the loungers. They look like "an expensive purchase from a chic high dollar store. If purchased in a furniture store, they would have been out of my price range. Classically simple, I can, now, not tell the difference between the two. Theresa, the owner, and I had a great relationship. I will use her in the future!
I think Mr. Cisneros did an excellent job for me. He apparently has good equipment, and he cleaned the upholstery of my furniture pieces very thoroughly. And he is also flexible in terms of fees when the chairs that I initially included in the list did not arrive on time upon his arrival to do the job. So I gave him a 5-star, and highly recommend his service.
The worker that showed up was very hard working, nice, and tried very hard to get the stains out of my free, off-the-street loveseat and ottoman. Some of the stains didn't come out even after extra work. However, I got the feeling that there wasn't a great deal of communication. The worker didn't have my number to call me with an updated time (due to traffic), but headquarters did. The work also hadn't been informed that I had two pieces of furniture to clean. I am overall happy with the result.
John Mark Power responded very promptly to our request for a quote and he showed up at our house within a day or two to see the furniture himself. He provided a timely quote and was very knowledgeable about the furniture. He has upholsterers that he works with and makes the process seamless.
Henry came in and fixed my broken piece of furniture in about 20 minutes for about 20 percent of the cost I would have incurred by throwing away the furniture and buying new furniture.
Although we cannot speak of Andrey's repair & refinishing furniture skills because we did not use his services, I can say that he was very responsive, very polite and very thoughtful in all of our communications. His quote was very feasible too.
We had several pieces of office furniture that needed assembling and Nate did an excellent job. He was on time, finished all pieces in a reasonable amount of time and offered to come back when one of the pieces was damaged during shipping. We couldn't be happier and will continue to have him back when the need arises.
