- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many flexible payment options; Flat-Rate per-room design services OR Per-Hour pricing if whole room design is not needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every project starts with a 30min video or phone consultation to ensure we are a good fit. We visit the space in-person or via video call and review project scope, client needs and desired feel for the space. At the agreed upon project deadline we meet to again to reveal the design concept and review all deliverables. This meeting gives our clients time to ask any follow up questions and make any necessary adjustments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from New York School of Interior Design, Certification in Home Staging and member of Real Estate Staging Association. In addition, work experience as a home stager and virtual designer.
