- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices may vary depending on client needs. If I have to provide paint, primer, make minor wall repairs, etc. Multiple rooms will receive $20 discount off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I strive to always provide great customer service to everyone. I start off introducing myself, what I do and how I can be reached. Thank them for their interest in my services. I respect everyone's spaces and boundaries. I will ask plenty of questions lol.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for DC Housing Authority in 2014. I worked with a team of laborers fixing vacant units. I would trim walls, paint baseboards, cabinets etc. In 2017, I worked for a temp agency. Some of the locations I went to had work orders from tenants requesting paint jobs. Currently waiting for the Sherwin Williams certificate program to start to become a certified interior painter.
