Dara has been AMAZING!!!! I hired her as our personal chef a little over a month ago, and couldn't be happier. Working a full time job, juggling all the responsibilities, extra curricular activities, and appointments that come with raising 2 kids as a single dad meant that my kids weren't eating the healthiest, most nutritional meals. Honestly I was sick of cajoling, prodding, and bribing my kids to eat the the same gross frozen food that seems like hasn't changed since I was kid. Definitely not my proudest parenting moment.... But hiring Dara means my kids are eating healthy, tasty, fresh home cooked meals that I just don't have the time to make unfortunately. Dara you have been a life saver, and my kids and I are forever grateful! #HealthyFoodHasNeverTastedThisGood.

The dinner Dara prepared was amazing! The meal was perfectly balanced among meats, fruits, and greens, and expertly seasoned. The turkey was juicy and evenly cooked, the corn tasted fresh off the stalk, and the salad was a tour of flavors that could have stood on its own. Dessert included delicious home-made sugar cookies and a creative American flag made of strawberries, banana slices, and blueberries to balance out the carbs. She skillfully adjusted the meal to my palate and dietary restrictions, while not sacrificing flavor or variety. The presentation was magnificent, on quality cookware, and the kitchen was spotless at serving time. It is clear that she knows her way around preparation of complex meals, as everything was the perfect temperature at dinner time.

Hiring Dara was one of the best decisions my family has made. As a family with two working parents, it's so wonderful to have a refrigerator full of homemade, delicious dinners one time a week. It gives us more time to spend with family instead of having to plan and do food prep every night. She does the shopping for the ingredients, cooks in our kitchen, and packages and labels everything in our refrigerator. It's delicious, and easy to heat up. (On "Dara day," one of my children runs to the refrigerator just to see what's inside.) Also, she's got a wide repertoire of recipes to choose from, so the selection never gets boring (and she's open to cooking your own recipes too).

I work from home and sometimes get so busy that I forget to eat, but having Dara and her fabulous cooking really makes my life easier. Dara is a very pleasant polite young woman, who comes to your home to cook and leave you with the most wonderfully tasteful meals. She is neat, clean in your kitchen and most importantly her meals are delicious!!! The meals are left for you with re-heating instructions and portioned out. Her fees are so reasonable, who wouldn't want to come home to dinner made???? The whole process is easy and she is so flexible and caring to accommodate your families dietary needs and tastes.

The key element of my service is that it is tailor-made for you. My standard packages begin at $350, however anything is possible. I’m happy to accommodate any requests. Your satisfaction is what this service is all about!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I'd love to chat about your likes and dislikes. Allergies, or any dietary restrictions. How often you realistically cook and dine out. We'll chat about your needs, and create a menu together.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of my clients are busy families on the go, who simply do not have the time to grocery shop, cook, and clean. Alternatively, I've worked with clients who need assistance staying on a particular diet, who do not want to sacrifice taste. Overall, the commonality most of my clients have, is they simply do not have time.
