If all I wanted was a relaxation massage then this would have been heavenly. However I had a specific issue going on in my neck, which was the entire reason for the massage and it did not get the attention and focus it needed. Relaxation, great. Specific therapeutic focus, not so great.Oct 24, 2020Verified

Shawn was professional, and was one of the rare massage therapists that really focused on and worked out my stress areas, while communicating with me the anatomy of my body. Definately recommendJun 5, 2019Verified

My experience with Shawn was great. I looked forward to seeing him. Shawn has a quiet presence but he is strong. Every time I left my workout I felt stronger more confident. He gave me something that I hadn’t experience good health, believing in myself even when stuff gets hard. He always said Consuela you can do it. It wasn’t till he said it that I believed it. Finally when the weight started to come off I knew I had found my He man. Thanks so much Shawn. You totally rock🏋🏽♀️🤼♂️Jul 7, 2020Verified

I enjoyed working with Sean. We worked out three times a week for close to a year, and he was always very professional. Each time, he would have a workout planned that helped push me to get stronger. He's not the type to yell or be aggressive, but he is dedicated, and having him helped me improve my strength and energy.Jun 13, 2020
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When meeting with a new client. I typically like to meet in person to discuss their goals, then assess overall strength and endurance with a basic workout. Which will provide me the information I need to create a program to fit their unique goals.
