Cornelius is great to work with, he has helped me reach so many of my goals, like getting stronger, toning, and starting to lose weight. He pushes me to do my best every time I work with him. Also very understanding when you will be out of town and need to miss a session. I have been going to him for almost 12 weeks and am going to sign up for another session because he is that good!

Cornelius is amazing. I started training with him in Nov 2017 after gaining an extra 15 lbs through unhealthy habits and, in about 4 months, I lost not only the weight but shed inches off my body and gained a significant amount of strength. Each session is jam packed with new exercises, challenges and no slacking. He's easy to work with, professional and honest. My husband and I trained with Cornelius for three months, twice a week for an hour and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I have made. Cornelius not only helped us reach out weight loss goal, but also taught us about diet and healthy living. He remind us to stay focused, eat right, drink water and get in our daily exercise. He got my husband's weight down 20 pounds in 12 weeks and helped him gain muscle with no real big change in diet. Training with Cornelius is one of the best investments you can make in yourself. Working out with him is never dull, because he consistently switching up your routine and exposing you to new things. Cornelius will not just count off reps but also put in work with you. He'll run alongside of you, get down and join you for Burpee's and somehow keep you going to the end of your session. If you want the best personal trainer and you want results it's a no-brainer, Cornelius is the trainer you want. He is also a nice person to spend an hour with a few times a week.

Cornelius is an excellent trainer. After spending a year of practically no exercise routine and recovering from surgery, I was starting from the very beginning to get in shape. My goals were to lose weight, gain strength, improve my cardio/endurance, and become toned. After spending the majority of my life being active and working out on my own, it was not easy for me to admit I needed help. Cornelius has been very understanding of my fitness goals and has been encouraging every step of the way. He has helped me build confidence. He keeps a good balance between trying to push me to do more while understanding my limitations. He changes each workout so it doesn't get boring or routine and also explains the purpose of each exercise. I've been working with Cornelius for less than a month and am already beginning to see results. And he's just a pleasant person to be around. I look forward to each session and am appreciative of how attentive and personalized each session is.
