One of the best trainers I've had yet. I started noticing results immediately. He's always on time and he knows what he is doing. The workouts are effective. I workout muscles I never did before which makes me wonder if I've been working out wrong even with other trainers from the past. I know that I will reach my goals with this trainer.Feb 19, 2019Verified
He is a great personal trainer, he challenges me every time I work out. I never feel rushed and he takes time to explain what I'm doing, if my form is right, and how to modify a workout. I am still working with him and I would highly recommend if you are looking for some training!Apr 3, 2019Verified
C. Yoko is a phenomenal trainer. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of techniques and the body and no workout is the same. It truly is personalized. He has alternates (and alternates for the alternates ) for any issue you may have and is patient in explaining the body mechanics. It’s fun, undeniably challenging and you will work but you will get results. Serious, visible results. Oh and he’s all about precision and safety, so he’ll correct your form until you get that right but you will feel amazing and accomplished when you finish a workout. Highly recommend!!Jun 22, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing depends on my personal training packages(7 sessions, 13 sessions, 26 sessions, 39 sessions and 52 sessions).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first ask the customer for his/her goals and obtain basic information. I will help the new customer set realistic goals. I will have the customer do a movement analysis to see any areas that are weak, tight, or areas of imbalance. With this assessment, I will give the new customer some specific recommendations to avoid future injuries and to work on areas you are interested in improving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Education and training are a very important part of what I do everyday. I am Certified by NASM and I am always taking courses, online training and attending workshops.
