Constructs a very efficient workout with intent! Well worth the money, and time. I’ve always been good about going to the gym on my own, but since Covid started, I had not heavy lifted since February. 11 months later, I hired him as my personal trainer and he gave me a better workout than I could ever give myself. I’m able to go from set to set in a circuit without wait time, and he coaches me on my form while doing so. Ask him to show you boxing technique and boxing workouts!

He is a great personal trainer, he challenges me every time I work out. I never feel rushed and he takes time to explain what I'm doing, if my form is right, and how to modify a workout. I am still working with him and I would highly recommend if you are looking for some training!

I've been training with Cornelius for several weeks now, and having a great personal trainer has had a major impact on my fitness. Having a trainer has helped me with my accountability to my fitness goals, and Cornelius has been very helpful throughout the entire process. We do a mix of boxing, cardio, and strength-training exercises, and I have learned the proper form for several exercises that I had previously not been using to their full potential. Cornelius has geared my workouts to be a great mix of exercises, so the time in the gym never gets stale. He is encouraging and a fun person to be around, which makes the workouts much more bearable! He has also taken personal injuries into account, and designed workouts around strengthening weak areas of the body. I have had a great experience working with Cornelius thus far, and would recommend him to anyone looking to jumpstart their fitness goals!

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Cornelius. He is a great personal trainer and he genuinely enjoys working with his clients. His workouts are fun and creative. I'm easily able to recreate the exercises on my own throughout the week. Cornelius does a great job personalizing sessions and motivating people to accomplish more each week. He is also prompt in beginning and ending sessions. Over time I have noticed improvement in my overall tone and strength. I highly recommend him to everyone!
