He is a great personal trainer, he challenges me every time I work out. I never feel rushed and he takes time to explain what I'm doing, if my form is right, and how to modify a workout. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Cornelius. He is a great personal trainer and he genuinely enjoys working with his clients. His workouts are fun and creative. I'm easily able to recreate the exercises on my own throughout the week. Cornelius does a great job personalizing sessions and motivating people to accomplish more each week. I've been training with Cornelius for several weeks now, and having a great personal trainer has had a major impact on my fitness. Having a trainer has helped me with my accountability to my fitness goals, and Cornelius has been very helpful throughout the entire process. We do a mix of boxing, cardio, and strength-training exercises, and I have learned the proper form for several exercises that I had previously not been using to their full potential. Cornelius has geared my workouts to be a great mix of exercises, so the time in the gym never gets stale. He is encouraging and a fun person to be around, which makes the workouts much more bearable! He has also taken personal injuries into account, and designed workouts around strengthening weak areas of the body. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $70 per hour and session is one hour in length. The following are the packages I offer: 7 sessions 13 sessions 26 sessions 39 sessions 52 sessions).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first ask the customer for his/her goals and obtain basic information. I will help the new customer set realistic goals. I will have the customer do a movement analysis to see any areas that are weak, tight, or areas of imbalance. With this assessment, I will give the new customer some specific recommendations to avoid future injuries and to work on areas you are interested in improving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Education and training are a very important part of what I do everyday. I am Certified by NASM and I am always taking courses, online training and attending workshops.
