Hired on Thumbtack

Our cats loved her, we loved her! When my husband and I nearly missed our flight on our way back from vacation, we had a hundred things to worry about. The one thing we didn't have to consider was whether our two cats would be ok because we had hired Jonann. We knew should would go the extra mile in ensuring our pets would be ok even if we were delayed and she would care for them, as she had all week, with love. Hired extremely last minute, Jonann was terrific, communicative, reliable, and diligent. We came home to happy cats!

Extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, considerate, and patient. She has proper forms, prepares me, the client, and herself for all needs and contingencies, e.g. power outage, weather issues, vet emergencies. She even brought a welcome treat for my pet. Couldn't be happier.

Jonann did a great job with my two kitties. She send me emails an photos over the course of the week, and it sounds like they really warmed up to her. If you're looking for a real "cat lady" to watch your babies, Jonann is the best

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will be sending you a form to complete to begin our developing a self-care plan for your pet. We then schedule a time for me to visit your house to meet your pet and you. I am available via phone, text or e-mail to answer any questions.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I recently completed my re-certification with the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. We are required to complete 30 CEU points every three years. In 2015, I completed a monthly interactive group based on CATNIP, a 16 page newsletter, distributed by the TUFTS University Veterinary School.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with a variety of customers from those traveling for business or for pleasure.
