Over 25 years of private practice as a psychotherapist, I have grown as a person and a professional. I have had extraordinary opportunities. I received my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Catholic University of America when they were at the forefront of training in depth psychodynamic psychotherapy, completed internship and a one year residency in clinical psychology at the grande dame of psychiatric hospitals, St Elizabeths, and have sought continuing education and guidance supervision ever since. For the last fifteen years I have met weekly with a group of psychotherapists to discuss my work. The human contact.
