David is simply the best. He has brought life back to a black lagoon, and he could not be a nicer, more professional human being. David is one of the most hard working people I have ever met. I cannot recommend David highly enough! My pool desperately needed service after being neglected for the latter part of the summer. I had tried other professionals in the past, but had been charged excessive fees for a fraction of the work or quality of Water So Clear. The level of quality and expertise I experienced from David was both refreshing and reassuring. From the start, the owner was incredibly accommodating and took the time to explain the entire pool closing process in detail. Not only did they provide exceptional service, but they also educated me about what to expect regarding the pool's condition after the treatment. This level of transparency and communication made me feel confident and informed every step of the way. To top it off, David's friendly and approachable nature truly sets his service and professionalism apart. He went above and beyond to ensure that I would have the best outcome and offered prices that were more than reasonable given the outstanding service provided. Customer satisfaction is CLEARLY a top priority for him, and it showed in his interaction with me and my son. I honestly wish I had found this company sooner, but they have definitely gained a new loyal customer. If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would—this was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a pool service provider. I highly, highly recommend!
