Arlethea and her team did an absolutely amazing job catering my wedding reception. The food was excellent. Throughout the entire process of wedding planning, Arlethea was accessible, flexible and knowledgeable. She took a lot of stress off of my plate. I would definitely love to work with her again in the future. My guests are still raving about the food.

Simply Delicious was ...simply delicious! The food prepared for our celebration of life gathering for my mother was so, so tasty. The pulled pork was licked clean. Every dish delivered was yum! The fried chicken was so good but served cold. That perhaps was my only issue. Thank you so much! I would not hesitate a second to hire this caterer. They are top notch.

My pricing is flexible and affordable. I will work within any budget, while providing you with a variety of delicious food choices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to build a relationship with the customer. Our contact starts via phone or email and once established scheduling begins followed by a catering proposal for the event. It is our promise to give beyond the best service that we can provide!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a family/self taught cook, that has a specialty in preparing southern cuisine. I currently work full time as a Catering Manager for a University, and have hands on experience in food safety and preparation.
