He was punctual, took his time to assess the issue (inspecting, both, the inside pipes as well as the outside water source), explained the problem clearly, and went over potential solutions so we could agree on the best plan together. I scheduled a plumbing service after reading all the stellar reviews on Hart’s profile, however I had to cancel after multiple delays and no communication. I originally scheduled an appointment for 10 AM as it was a slot which was available and then got a message that they would be unable to come at 10 and would like to reschedule to 12 or 1. I went ahead and rescheduled the appointment to 12 and it has now been over 2 hours without an update, communication, and a no-show. I believe his work is good and I’m sure he’s a great plumber, but reliability and communication is important for me as a small business owner. If you are charging a service fee and know it takes 2-3 hours in between jobs to go to the next appointment, then please set up your booking schedule so that the client is not left waiting or at least openly communicate with them.
