- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe our prices are the best in town. We charge mainly according to location so if your located in Delaware you will get the cheapest rate but if located in other states it might be a small traveling fee but we also work with clients we are not trying to make this experience nerve wrecking or overwhelming.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We basically get the customers name,email, type of event and colors of the theme. We then list the customers our package deals and we customize the package that fits right for what the customer is asking. We believe in putting the customer first!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My fiancé used to be a bartender and I also write music meaning that we have a lot of party experience and host experience so we definitely blend well in any environment and we educated ourselves in the customer service field
