- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer i will reach out a day before our confirming our appointment. When i get to your home i will take a look at your issue and give you my honest expertise opinion and with approval get you a solution that work for you as soon as possible !
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
i started doing plumbing in 2016 , when i attended a vocational high school. I was very appreciative of the opportunity to get accepted into one and learn the trade of plumbing. I graduated in 2020 the year of covid and it was mediocre to say the least. I then started doing residential service work in about 2021 & over the time have been able to progress tremendously over the time. I have been blessed to be in various courses over the time to expand my knowledge and also been able to get the best equipment so i can be in jobs.
