My kitchen sink was clogged. I tried numerous home remedies but nothing worked. I called Rock2 Drain Cleaning and Jay responded immediately. He was punctual: telling me that he was on the way, professional: he put on shoe covers to protect my carpet. My drain is fixed. In fact it is draining better than it ever has. I would highly recommend this company. Good value. Very professional.

They were polite and they got the drains opened, but the drains are still running slow. For $240 I would expected them to spend more than 20 minutes there and actually do a thorough job "cleaning" the drains or snaking them so they don't clog back up a week later. Furthermore, a service person hired to go work on a house should NEVER talk to tenants and tell them that the "wrong pipes" are installed in the house. I now am in a legal battle and have tenants refusing to pay rent because of the drains in the house. Thanks. This service call will cost me thousands of lost rent and legal fees.

Chris helped us fix a clog in the drain of the laundry sink and replace the laundry sink. All this was at a very reasonable price. He was very professional and helpful. He even cleaned the area after the work was done and told my elderly parents that he will come back to haul away the old sink. We appreciate Chris's professionalism. Dony was very responsive, came prepared, and very friendly. Unfortunately he could not find the clog but recommended a drain cleaner that would get the job done and that it did. He also purchased/installed a new p-trap. I would ask next time to get a quote before work is done to avoid confusion. Just good business.

The Pro was responsive to text as well as phone / verbal communication which I personally find to be a plus.. I was not home my husband was who works night , He called to say he was outside an waited while I attempted to wake him only to find out I texted the wrong address.. Lucky the address was about three to four house away… He did not over compensate the conversation with professional word only a professional would understand. He was very patient waited for me to come to house so I could check and follow up with any question.. He also gave us very good advice as to how we may be able to increases of us not having a repeat of our current situation.. We while be using him to follow up on our next project .. That’s again Drain Cleaner you where awesome
