Teresa was great! We went room by room and identified priorities in those rooms. I would say we adopted about 75-80% of her suggestions, mostly based on timing and the fact our house had been freshly painted 8 months prior. Within 10 days of our listing, we had 2 offers and are now under contract. I would recommend her for an unbiased professional assessment that helped to make our home more appealing to the masses!
