- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do have a full menu and standardized pricing, custom parties can be scheduled with the guests budget in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every new customer as a special project. Getting to know you and your expectations for your party is our primary priority. Our goal is to hold the event YOU envision while WE do all the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Andrew has had the opportunity to head 3 kitchens, all of different styles from fine dining to casual eating. He has trained under some of the areas best chefs in his 10+ years in the kitchen.
