Andrew Cini

I have worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 10 years. In that time I have had the
opportunity to work in both the front of house and the kitchen. I have held multiple positions in
management since 2012, in a variety of different concepts ranging from casual to formal dining. I am a
passionate and organized leader that respects a high standard and professionalism in the kitchen. I am
a quality focused individual. I believe strongly in putting out the best product we can from the kitchen. 
In 2016 I started my own small business. In its two years of operation the business serviced patrons as both a catering company and a brick and mortar fast casual restaurant. I have worked in Philadelphia and it's suburbs. I have also worked at the Delaware beaches, a seasonal tourist atmosphere, and in New castle county, a mix of urban and rural populations. This range of concepts and their locations has let me hone my skills as a chef at different calibers.
