I had a very positive experience working with Lane Roofing. From my initial call to the work being completed everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. I had an issue with the exhaust cap from my furnace on the roof and they came when they said and fixed the issue immediately. The work crew was great. I would recommend Lane Roofing & Exteriors.

With the recent storms, we discovered a pretty sizable leak in our roof. We had an emergency roofer come and tarp the area, and then try to convince us we needed to replace our whole roof (which was shocking since our roof is not that old). We brought Lane Roofing out for a second opinion, and Kyle was able to accurately diagnose what happened, and explained why a full replacement was far from necessary (and most importantly, why that was the case). He walked us through multiple different options to fix the roof, and helped us choose the best one to suit our needs. The best part is that while the team was doing the repair, they noticed the damage was slightly more extensive then they originally thought, but they fixed it for us at no additional cost. In an industry that has people who try to sell you at every turn, it was amazing to work with a company who's priority is getting your issue fixed within your budget. I'll definitely be using Lane Roofing again in the future when it comes time to do my full roof, and I could not possibly recommend them enough.
