John is professional, courteous, and prompt. He was able to not only replace both our tension springs, but also re-align our door/tracks. He provided education on proper functionality and preventive maintenance. Really grateful for his same day service and work ethic. Highly recommend!

My mom's garage door motor is really old and the remotes no longer worked, likely due to a failing receiver board. She called and Johnathan came out the same day to inspect the unit and offered different options and his prices. She decided to get a new motor and he came back the next day for the replacement. He is very communicative and from what I noticed, very professional and polite. I'll be sure to recommend him to anyone I know that may need garage door assistance!

Only lets me pick 3?!? John came out personally did a full check of my door walked me through every thing that was broke or needed to be fixed more things then I realized (35 year old wooden door) he gave me different options on what he can do ranging from little fixes to extend the life a little bit longer all the way to replacing the door. I replaced it just to have all new he had the door finished faster then expected and I can’t believe how much quieter and easier the door works I will be calling jp anytime I need help extremely informative answered every question had a wonderful personality to go with the wonderful job he did
