FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, transparent, and based on the complexity of the task. Most small jobs have a flat rate, while hourly rates apply for larger or multiple repairs. I always provide an estimate before starting and there are no hidden fees. I’m happy to work within your budget whenever possible
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I always start by understanding their needs in detail. We’ll discuss the project, the scope of work, and any specific requirements. I’ll provide an estimate based on the job’s complexity and materials needed. Once we agree on the pricing and schedule, I get to work. I always strive to maintain open communication throughout the process and ensure that the client is fully satisfied with the results. After the job is complete, I follow up to make sure everything is functioning as expected and to address any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

While I don’t have formal certification in every area, I’ve received extensive training in [specific skills like electrical work, plumbing, carpentry] through [on-the-job experience, workshops, or informal apprenticeships]. My focus is always on providing quality work and continuously improving my skills to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
