This IT profession was on the BALL. He went through a series of procedures to eliminate the "simple" issues. Once he had done that, he then got to the business of making my item work. I'm 70 years old and not too familiar with all this new stuff. That being said, he took his time to explain complex issues in understandable terms (over an hour). Not only did I get my system up, but I also learned a bit about how it all operates!!! BIG THANKS SaGA United TV & Sound. I'll NEVER use any other company for my IT needs!!!

Wish I could have chosen all 5 options to rate them on. Great to work with. Extremely patient. I had a bunch of property issues I had to work through before he could run the wiring I wanted. Took about 4 months on my end, and they were back out within a week to help us out once we were ready. Quick and professional. Great service. Will go to again for future networking needs.
