My experience throughout this whole process was great. When I started my goal was to lose 30 lbs, which I achieved. I was able to stay motivated by the weekly check in and seeing my results. By doing my workout in the morning before work I felt like I had more energy throughout the day and not totally drained by the end of day. The program was a success for me and I’ll recommend 10/10
