Lauren is an amazing athlete and instructor. Her physical condition (flexibility, endurance) are amazing. She also has a wealth of experience in nutrition, weight loss and martial arts, among others. Lauren has been practicing various styles of martial arts for more than three decades. She's also very kind, patient and explains things in a way that makes easy to understand. She'll definitely keep you motivated, inspired and making progress. I was very impressed with her knowledge, teaching style and discipline. Lauren is also a registered nurse, so she has a very solid grasp on human anatomy. I really liked that she talks consistently about "disease prevention' through proper diet, exercise and developing flexibility. When I first went to meet her, I was very discouraged and negative about my weight, health condition and possibility of improving. Honestly I felt hopeless.
