I have recently purchased an investment property that I'm renting out seasonally. I had contacted 3 different cleaning companies from Thumbtack. What impressed me the most was how Donna was the only person that wanted to come by and meet with me. Being in the service industry myself, this was a very good first impression. This to me demonstrates that Donna cares about her work and at the same time also wants to build a relationship with her potential clients. This meeting was very helpful as it allowed me to explain what I was looking for in a cleaning services. Donna is avery good listener and also added some ideas that I haven't even thought about. Donna has a great attention for details and provides 110% with the level of workmanship and service. Donna wasn't the cheapest company however the saying "you get what you pay for" applies. I'm extremely satisfied with Donna and her company and I know we'll be working together for a very long time. On a personal note, Donna is not only amazing at her job she's also an amazing person. She demonstrates so much pride in what she does and cares about you and your property. I'm grateful to have her.

Connie and her staff continue to do an outstanding job booking and managing my condo. When I am at the condo I notice that the place is well kept up and the cleaning staff do a great job. Connie keeps me updated on bookings and anything needed for the condo as I want to keep it in top-notch shape. I recommend Connie and RSF to manage your property.

Dixie has done a great job in identifying qualified tenants on quick notice. She salvaged at least 2 months lost rent when my other property management group failed to inform me that my previous tenants had moved out. Dixie came in a really took charge, cleaning up from the previous tenants and securing new ones. I would recommend Dixie to others looking for a reliable and hard working manager.

      For almost twenty years we have had no fewer than four property management companies manage our six single family homes in Holiday and New Port Richey, Fl. On first look, one may ask—why so many companies? What happened? Can't you find just one to satisfy all your management needs and stick with them, thereby creating a long-term relationship? Well... guess not! Our track record does not indicate that. We think what happened can be summed up in just a few words; broken promises and commitments, lack of knowledge of the rental markets, the mistaken notion that collecting rents automatically makes them a property manager, and poor ability of tenant selection, just to name a few. Adding to the challenge is that we are 2900 miles away on the opposite coast which made it difficult for us to periodically go on site for a first hand look at what is going on with the properties. Hmm... when the cat's away—the rats will create havoc! The final straw was the company we had before we discovered Great Jones... what a boondoggle that company "X" turned out to be! Then, to find a new company, we left no stone un-turned. We were determined to not have that happen again. We interviewed company after company and then re-interviewed them again. Great Jones was a part of this mix of companies. Our first contact was with Christoper Ladd. We both had numerous phone conversations with Christopher. It was actually weeks from the initial contact that we decided to go with Great Jones. Christopher we think was a very decisive factor to go with Great Jones. He was always upbeat, informative, conversant, professional, and consistent. We just got a sense that he was really a good guy and perhaps this reflected the overall environment of Great Jones. We were correct in our assessment. Indeed, we made the decision to go with Great Jones and not long after we became acquainted with Barbie Freire and some of the other staff. They all seemed to represent the same mindset and culture... all very helpful, professional, and cordial. Great Jones has a really good 'IT' framework. Great web technology. Statements accessible online as well as work orders, financial statements, etc. Furthermore, Great Jones has very fair reasonable fees, and very reasonable client/management agreements. Barbie has served mainly as our 'go-to' person and she is always accessible, conversant, and ready to step up with any questions or issues we may have. We really appreciate that. We look forward to having a long-term relationship with Great Jones and we would invite other homeowners to give them a good look should they have a need for a management company.
