FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide project pricing based upon the scope of work. All additional work outside the scope is priced at $175/hr. For example, a 3 bedroom home would cost about $30,000 in fees and we provide trade discounts for furniture, rugs, window treatments, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to your home/office and discuss your vision. We work on renderings and provide details as to how we have interpreted your expectations. We work within your budget, or if you do not have one, create one based upon the scope of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Architectural design degree with emphasis on interiors. We are constantly taking CEU credits.
