The project took longer than expected to complete, despite full payment being made in advance (whenever he requested money). The scope of work was to installartificialturf. While Anthony completed the installation, he left the final step of applying the infill for us to handle, providing only the materials. Additionally, multiple follow-ups were required to ensure the work was properly finished.

Regarding the infill, I recommended not applying it during heavy rain or in areas prone to flooding because doing so can cause clumping, poor drainage, and long-term damage to the turf. For this reason, I provided the infill material and advised waiting for dry weather to ensure the best results and longevity of your installation.
