I enjoy working with Tal Daniel and Maxima. Tal is very efficient, professional and has a great work ethic. In some aspects the company is more affordable than other companies (on certain tasks) and in other aspects/projects they can be more expensive, however they will work with your budget, be flexible and assist you with all of your needs. I enjoy having them as our property management company and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

I needed some help with a portfolio valuation. Being out of state they were able to work with me and be my eyes and ears locally. They explained their management structure which was appealing to me, since they have affiliations with other out of state offices to manage other properties in our portfolio. From an investor stand point it works best to keep all management under the same system. Reports and statements are all easy to read and track. So far, zero issues! I'll update if that changes.
