Leigh Ann was extremely detailed and was informative from beginning to end explained everything in detail. She also assisted us with her expertise on helping make good decisions with our design. We are extremely happy with the remodeling she did especially the kitchen. My wife and I would highly recommend her to do any type of job.Aug 20, 2019
I contracted with Local Realty Solutions to upgrade my entire villa, including painting, new hardwood flooring, bathroom & kitchen renovation, plumbing, electrical, tile and some custom design work. The owner took care of everything from picking up the materials I selected at various suppliers, installation and made sure I was completely satisfied. Quality of work was exceptional. Always punctual, responsive and professional. I got quotes from 3 other contractors, and this company was very reasonably priced. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.Jun 5, 2019
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually quote a fixed price per project; however, for small projects I will do an hourly charge of $75.00/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will set-up an appointment to meet with the homeowner(s) to discuss the project details. There is no money exchanged here! This is a free estimate. If the project is large, I will do a preliminary rough estimate to see if the project cost falls within your budget. If it does, then I will do a very detailed estimate. Never, ever, ever, tell anyone how much you are budgeting! Let the pro give you an honest estimate first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have done hundreds of projects ranging from small interior jobs to total gut jobs of multi-family homes. I used to flip properties, so I think I have seen almost anything that someone who has been in this business for a number of years can imagine. I have "fixed" a lot of inferior carpentry work as well.....so I either do it right the first time, or I do not do it.
