I've trained with a few trainers in the area and I have to say Ignacio was the best. Before training with Ignacio, I had trouble staying consistent with my weight loss goals. He definitley makes working out more interesting as he is always changing up workouts. Before I would steer clear of gyms and trainers because I had this fear of underperforming and although I'm a far cry from the many athletes he trains, Ignacio always find something positive to say at the end of every workout giving me the courage to come back again. I train with him 3 times a week. He is very punctual and good at staying on task with me. He is constantly changing up my training techniques to keep the workouts fresh and not boring. He is constantly pushing me to train harder. But he always keeps safety and my injuries in check. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to start slow. I want my client to get comfortable with the machines, free weights, exercise routines., work on trouble areas first and slowly progress into higher intensity workouts (depending on the clients goal , intensity may vary ).
