I would actually select all five of your ratings to describe Jeffrey Chase but you only allow a selection of three. For the double sink bathroom vanity that he installed for me I found him to be very capable, his workmanship is neat and he is a perfectionist. He ensures everything works perfectly before completing the job. My vanity required some modifications for a proper fit and he was very accommodating in making sure everything was right. I would highly recommend him.

Jeffrey was very punctual, and came on fairly short notice. He did a great job replacing the wax on my toilet. Went to the store and got the necessary parts. Price was very reasonable. I would highly reccomend him to anyone. Mike & Claudine

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, pricing is based on the job/ task at hand. I do not have a "one size fits all" business philosophy as wants as well as needs are different from person to person... for larger projects... I do require a 40% deposit in regards to labor and a 100% deposit in regards to supplies... this is totally dependent upon scope of project!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out the knowledge and appreciation of new customers in regards to their aspirations and needs; I have found that customers (both new and old) are much more appreciative when they are completely involved in not only monetary decisions but reasons [for] more importantly... a customer/client must be involved in every aspect of project and acknowledge any/all issues pertaining to!
