I definitely have fun working with Alan and some of his other members. Sessions aren’t boring, no pressure, and he really understands your personal capabilities pushing your boundaries in a positive way. Favorite quote “I want to push your physical boundaries, not health ones” so he clearly cares about your overall health as well as your progress.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40 per session and $20 additional to add a partner in.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick phone call/coffee meeting just to go over some basic questions, learn about one another, seek out our goals we’re going to achieve, go over any medical history if their is one, and then put pen to paper and set up our training days and get started. Quick, easy process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Lost 70 lbs myself, transformed my lifestyle, then started this company because I want to be for others what I wish I had during the weight loss time.
