Introduction: Who We Are: We are based out of Boca and maintain our own inventory of high-end furniture, artwork, lighting, accessories, rugs, etc. We rent furniture by the room, not by the piece, so each room gets exactly the furnishings it needs to feel complete. How We Price: Our estimates have three components: The (1) furnishing rental (2) delivery, installation and removal and (3) styling and project management. All of our estimates automatically include 30 days, and we offer discounts off of the furnishing rental if a larger period of time is booked and funded upfront. Lead Time: Our average lead time is about 7-10 business days from the time the paperwork is in place until staging is complete, and we encourage booking at least 2-3 weeks ahead.

We built a home in one of the hottest new construction communities by GL homes with thousands of dollars in upgrades and were shocked when it sat on the market for 6 weeks. My husband didn't believe in staging, but at my insistence, we found and hired ReStyle Home. Margaret was a pleasure to work with, she listened to our goals, gave very specific directions and understands how to sell a home to anybody coming in. By investing a relatively small amount to stage, we sold the property in literally one day for 98% of asking price. To anyone who has their home on the market or who is considering selling their home, we absolutely would recommend staging with Margaret. I hit the send button and Margaret responded immediately. Since it would have been our first time hiring a home staging company Margaret took the time to answer all our questions. Unfortunately our situation changed and we did not put our home on the market to sell so we did not need her services, however I would not hesitate to call her in the future.

Whether you're an investor, a homeowner or an agent, staging is a win-win-win. We know. Staged properties spend less time on the market and sell for maximum market value, which in turn, generates referrals from happy clients. Failing to make sure that a home shows its best in this competitive market is a huge mistake, and will ultimately cost you, whether you're the homeowner or an agent.

We called Margaret when after 9 frustrating months of trying to sell our condo.We wanted someone who would offer us much more than just a listing in the MLS. Margaret is a real estate professional that also believes that there needs to be a definite staging/listing plan for selling a property So she has a home staging company called re | style home and is a team member of the DeBianchi Real Estate Group (Broker Samantha Sam DeBianchi was featured on Bravos TVs Million Dollar Listing Miami. She was brutally honest with the us and explained to us that while our home was perfectly lovely to live in, in order for us to make it marketable and at the same time appealing to potential buyers, we needed to depersonalize and stage the condo in order to help buyers connect with the unit. We were resistant at first, but thought Margarets ideas were fabulous and we decided to go for it and whole-heartedly embraced her staging/listing program which included painting the bedroom walls to give the rooms a more spa like feel, decluttering the condo by putting away all personal pictures and items and even putting unnecessary furniture in storage. When the condo was done with its makeover, Margaret and her team came in to stage the condo with new pictures for the walls, pillows for the couches, vases, new bedding in the master bedroom and even plants. When Margaret was finished staging our condo it looked beautiful, we understood exactly what she was trying to achieve and felt confident she would meet our goals. The results were stunning. With a solid marketing plan in place including email blasts, social marketing, advertising to international buyers and networking with local real estate professionals, Margaretr received an offer 36 hours after the listing went live and was able sell the condo in exactly two weeks getting the owners very close to their listing price. The buyers really connected with our "staged" home and felt they had found their new home. It was a win-win for everyone concerned. I would recommend calling Margret and consulting with her on getting your property staged and sold. You will be amazed at the results.

Margaret responded instantly to my inquiry and was able to rearrange her schedule to meet with me the very next day. Her portfolio book made it easy to picture how her style and inventory would improve our condo. She had a lot of good ideas(large and small) but listened carefully to my input and was very willing to customize the plan to fit my own scale, comfort level and budget. And the finished product was perfect.
