I specialize in creating customized trips that fit your preferences and budget, while providing expert planning and ongoing support. I typically do not charge a planning fee. In rare cases involving very complex or time-intensive itineraries, any service fees would be discussed and agreed upon upfront so there are no surprises.

We begin with an inquiry form, which allows me to gather basic details about your trip and the best way to contact you. After reviewing your inquiry, we schedule a phone or Zoom call to discuss your travel goals, timeline, and preferences in more detail. From there, I research and design travel options tailored to you. Once the details are finalized, I handle the planning and coordination and remain available for support before, during, and after your trip.
