- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge very differently then most designers. Unlike other designers we do not charge by the hour this is a scam to get you in the door but charge you a lot in the end. We do not want to rip you off and we also do not want to be limited on the time we want to put into your project so we charge a flat rate for our design services then when we have picked out all the furniture and you have approved you will pay for the furniture on its own. We do this also because it helps you to be more in control of your budget, you decide whether you get a $5000 sofa or a $500 sofa. We charge by square footage so please give us a call so we can give you a quote over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do our initial phone call to discuss what your looking for and we explain our pricing and give you a quote if you like this quote we send you a proposal and a contract, you sign the contract and pay your 50% deposit. We then send you a questionnaire, this helps us to get to know what you love and what you hate. Then I will get started designing your project room by room. We will use our program that lets us send you the whole room and under each item it says Accept or Declined when you accept it we keep it when you decline we will replace one all furniture has been accepted I send you an invoice for all the furniture where you pay one time for whatever furniture you wanted and then we order and then set up a date for install and assembly.
