Came home to find my water heater was leaking in garage. This was late morning. I kind of panicked because I had to leave town in two days. Put a request in to Star and Dean responded right away. He was able to install a new one that same afternoon. It was quite a challenge for him as the heater was pretty old and connections were rusted but he worked into the evening until it was installed correctly. Very, very pleased!
