First time I called Melvin he seemed to be helpful over the phone to help the situation prior to meeting. I was hiring him to keep out some mice from getting in the attic space of a home I oversaw. When he came out he said the project was too long even though I hired someone else that finished the work within a day. However I gave Melvin another shot a few months later. The job involved putting up some shelves and I confirmed that I would pay him his minimum if the job was not the minimum. We set the appointment for the following week. We confirmed the appointment prior to the day and I on that day I called Melvin to confirm if he was on his way and he said that he would not be able to do the job. There was no reason given as to why he did not show up. I think this is a hobby for Melvin not a business and he is not very dependable. Obviously would not hire again.

I contacted Nelvin to remove an eye sore screen door from my house at the last minute before a party. Within an hour he was at my house and in less than an hour the door was gone. The doorway looks outstanding now that the screen is gone, it doesn't even appear like a screen door was ever there. I highly recommend him and I most definitely will be contacting him for all my handy house work.

We had several jobs to do, including what we thought would be a challenging job -- getting my mother's wheelchair over the track for sliding glass doors. Mr. Wade had a simple fix for it. He finished up the whole list in a few hours, his rates are very reasonable, and he's a nice person as well. We will definitely call him for future jobs.
