- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe my pricing is fair and I'll always do my best to work with a customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hiring someone new can be a nerve wracking situation which is totally understandable. For me its important to get rid of that feeling as quick as possible! I do this by getting to know the customer, listening to their needs, answering all questions, and ensuring them fully that their home, driveway, pool deck.. Whatever it may be that it will be in good hands and taken care of with the highest level of professionalism.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my painting career up north in my hometown Vermont. I have 5 years experience total (including spraying). I have done everything from Commercial to Residential. Wood, Vynal, Concrete, Stucco, Drywall, Skip trowel, and Texturing.
