MICHELE MANNINO says, "My HVAC system was experiencing ongoing problems for about 3 months and after calling a company that serviced my HVAC systems for 12 years with no resolution, I decided to get a second opinion. So glad I did!!After reading the outstanding reviews on Google and Nextdoor.com, Green Cooling Solutions was called. Michelle answered the phone and truly listened to the problem along with the frustration in my voice re: the ongoing issues. She scheduled Doug Moore to conduct an inspection of the unit in a very timely fashion. Michelle was so kind and patient. Such a good listener.Doug arrived and listened to my concerns attentively. He spent a great deal of time conducting diagnostics on the air handler, which included the evaporation coil and the condenser. He explained everything to me, meaning, the reason for the dripping coil, what certain readings meant on the equipment he used to diagnose the issue(s), etc. Doug also made his recommendations verbally and followed up immediately with very detailed written proposals. Everything was so clear and when I needed clarification he answered his phoned immediately and made sure the recommendations were 100% understood.I decided to go with a new system rather than a new evaporation coil. Just made more sense in the long run.Jordan G. and Ryan H. the installers were scheduled within a week and again, I could not be happier with their professionalism, positive attitude, thoroughness, knowledge and willingness to explain things along the way as I like to learn/know how things work in my home;-)The next appointment scheduled was for the HVAC Audit and Duct Leakage Testing, also listed and explained in the proposal. Ryan S. was scheduled for this part of the installation. Again, another pleasant, informative and highly knowledgeable technician.It needs to be noted that Alissa Z., the installation manager, always sent a photo of each technician coming to my home along with his name. Her communication, whether email and/or text, was consistently timely throughout the process, and she was always available if changes in a schedule needed to be considered/made. This company, no matter who you speak/deal with is such a pleasure and it is clear, excellent Customer Service is their goal.I plan to use Green Cooling Solutions for all of my HVAC needs.
