- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The average national hourly rate for house cleaning services is $25 to $90 per individual, or $50 to $90 per hour; however, here at fresh CLEAN we charge by the job. The size and condition of your home will strongly impact the price of these services. Potential customers are encourage to give us a call directly at 9-4-1-2-2-7-4-8-5-7.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When customers contact us at 9-4-1-2-2-7-4-8-5-7, we provide an estimate based on the size of the home or business and type of cleaning detail. When the customer is interested in moving forward with our cleaning service. We provide a free in person estimate which will determine the level of cleaning detail your home or business requires. We also take into consideration any concerns or problem areas that you may have and a final quote will be provided. New customers that require cleaning service may also provide a panoramic view and/or a quick video walk through in order to get a more efficient off site quote. Customers that require pressure washing may also take photos of the areas that require pressure washing for a more accurate off site quote.
