What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your space, expectations, and priorities. From there, we provide a clear, customized quote which is flat-rate. Once approved, we schedule your clean and assign a trained professional who follows our detailed cleaning checklist. We prioritize communication before, during, and after the service to ensure everything meets your standards.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our professional cleaners are highly sought after and undergo a rigorous onboarding and training process so that they exceed your standards. All professional cleaners have 5+ years of experience, most have 10. They are background checked, have insurance, and perform test-cleanings as part of their onboarding.
